We are a clothing wholesale/reseller. We purchase overstock inventory, liquidation inventory, sales events and wholesale by the pallet or truckload and resell at discount prices. All items are new with tags and are sold in as-is condition. Items may or may not include original box or packaging. Due to limited product availability, we do not offer exchanges or guarantee product availability.
Pricing and Payments
Items listed are priced in USD. Forms of payment accepted are Debit cards, Credit Cards and mobile payments such as Google pay or Apple Pay. All orders must be paid for before they are sent. ThePremierBoutique takes no responsibility for goods damaged during delivery.

Exchange, Return and Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges. There are limited exceptions to this, such as:
Errors in shipping and you receiving the wrong item.
Issues with your order must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Email must be sent with the order number, brief description of the issue and supporting pictures. Our email is Support@thepremierboutique.com. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to review your request.
Once reviewed and a return is approved, we will send you a confirmation email with return instructions. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees, tracking must be provided.
If item is out of stock, store credit will be issued. No refunds.
We try to provide pictures and descriptions of products as best we can when posting them. However, we may miss some info or not be able to provide proper info. Items are sold as-is, no refunds.
Shipping Policy
Order Processing and Shipping
We process orders withing 1-2 business days- excluding weekends and holidays. Currently we only ship orders within the U.S via USPS, UPS delivery times vary by carrier but average between 2-8 days.
- We offer Flat rate $5 shipping for orders under $30. Items may be shipped via UPS or USPS, tracking will be provided if available.
- Free shipping for orders over $30. * Item exclusions apply
- Local Pick up – If you live nearby our store location, items can be scheduled for pick. Local pick up option should be available at check out depending on product location, if its not send us an email.
* Certain items are not eligible for Free Shipping based on their size or weight.
